  1. I’ve been wondering what to do with my spaghetti squash. We do a similar braised green thing with polenta but maybe I’ll do this instead. It looks so good.

      Honestly, I rarely cook from SB, but the recipes that I have made turned out really well. There is a nice variety of recipes in the book, but I wouldn’t recommend buying it since most of the stuff (granola, cake, burritos, rice/greens/grains, pastas… etc) can be found in other books. I’d happily send you the recipe for the squash if you are interested!

  2. I’m still trying to get used to spaghetti squash. It has a funky texture and I can’t really describe the taste. But holla to the greens!
